高压专用调节阀Domestically-produced CO2 Stripping Process (Urea)     

该类调节阀是我公司根据多年的设计、制造经验、综合各大化肥厂的使用经验，吸收德国、日本、荷兰、等国的先进技术，不断完善、成功研制的新一代专用调节阀。该类阀特别适用于我国15-52万吨/年的尿素装置。    

针对北方寒冷的天气，介质在低温下的结晶（尿素），该类阀均采用新型无上阀盖结构，有效地解决了结晶这一难题，从而保证了调节阀动作的灵活性。   

 This kind of regulating valve is a new-type dedicated regulating valve manufactured by the company according to many years of design & manufacturing experience and application experience of all large-scale fertilizer factories after adopting the advanced technologies of German, Japan, Holland, etc. This kind of valve is especially applicable for Chinese urea plant with an annual capacity of 150,000-520,000 tons.    

Aiming at crystallization (urea) of medium in low temperature because of cold climate in north China, this kind of valve adopts new-type structure without upper valve cap, so as to effectively solve crystallization problem and guarantee flexibility of regulating valve.
